Green smoothie

Start your day right!!
They are loaded with anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, live enzymes, phytonutrients and amino acids (protein).

This is how I make my green smoothie:

1 cup kale
1 cup spinach
1 banana (peeled)
1 mango (peeled and sliced)
2 cups water (green tea, coconut water)
Agave nectar (to taste)
